Is my photo sent to a server?
No. The cut-out is computed by a small AI model (16 MB, loaded only once) that runs in your browser.
Is the result perfect?
It is good on a clear subject that stands out from the background. Fine hair, busy scenes or a subject the same colour as the background may leave imperfections.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Processing happens entirely in your browser, on your device. No file is uploaded or stored. You can check: once the page has loaded, disconnect from the internet and the tool still works.
Is there a file size or number limit?
No. Since nothing goes through our servers, there is no quota. The only limit is your device's memory: a computer handles very large files more easily than a phone.
Is it really free?
