Which quality should I choose?
64 kbps is enough for speech (podcast, meeting, lecture); 96 kbps is a good balance; 128 kbps for music.
How much smaller does the file get?
A WAV often becomes 10 to 20 times smaller. An already compressed MP3 gains less: if the result is not smaller, the original is kept.
Are my files uploaded?
